Security guy here at this location is one worst version of any human being alive I have ever seen. He made me go mad at him several times in few minutes lol, He is something out of this world, no disrespect but I dont know how someone could be that bad or even worst at his job responsibilities. Rather than helping someone out he just makes it even more harder for others to atleast get the job done. I am sure if I see any alien in-person I would never freak out as much as after meeting this guy.

Went to pick an empty for my company. Security check in was easy. Make sure you have your safety vest and shoes. Office staff was helpful as well.

I am reviewing to share my recent experience working at the Walmart Warehouse for six months. My intention is not to foster negativity but to provide a truthful reflection and constructive feedback in hopes of enhancing future employee experiences and overall productivity.During my tenure, I noticed a significant concern regarding the bias exhibited by some team leaders. It seems their personal preferences dictate their professional decisions, leading to favoritism that undoubtedly impacts overall warehouse productivity and efficiency. The individuals who work diligently often go unnoticed, while the ones who maneuver around work responsibilities receive undue recognition. The renewal of contracts, I have noticed, does not adequately take into account the worker's productivity or contribution. Instead, it appears to be biased towards those who refrain from providing constructive criticism or voicing their opinions. It’s important to cultivate an environment that encourages employee feedback to continuously improve and ensure a harmonious working atmosphere. Moreover, there have been instances where employees' suggestions and ideas have been disregarded. A successful organization values the input of its employees. By neglecting their voices, we not only lose innovative ideas but also contribute to a disengaged and disenfranchised workforce. It has come to my attention that certain individuals were dismissed under dubious circumstances when the manager was on leave. The questionable handling of their termination, in secrecy and haste, felt inappropriate. Transparency in such matters is crucial to maintaining employee trust and morale.I must also address the issues of bias and racism. Regrettably, my experience points to an environment that doesn't uphold the values of equality and fairness. It is imperative for Walmart to ensure that its workspace is free of prejudice and promotes diversity and inclusion. To conclude, I strongly recommend a thorough review of the management practices and an investment in leadership training at the Walmart Warehouse. This could instill the importance of unbiased decision-making, valuing all employees' contributions, and creating a culture of open communication and respect.I believe these changes could significantly enhance the warehouse's operational efficiency and the overall work environment, resulting in a more productive and satisfied workforce. I trust that Walmart will address these concerns with the seriousness they deserve.

I've only delivered to this place twice but each time it has been horrible first time it was 3 hours wait for one skid. This is my second time here now and this time I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me to drop my paperwork to a different door now I've been here a total of 4 hours again for one skid and keep in mind I have a straight truck so nowhere to sleep nowhere to sit nothing to eat not even a washroom.

The worst place I've ever been as a truck driver. I'm here from 6 am on Saturday!!!! and they unloaded just half of the trailer, just one guy working!!! Walmart doesn't have lamper service and drivers have to help to unload if want done faster. I refused to help because I don't have instructions from my company about that. I hate that place so much that I wish them all the bad

I don't care if this is a good place to work. Walmart Distribution has ruined my son's Christmas. I ordered a PawPatroller on Dec 12 with a guaranteed pickup date of Dec 15. It is now Dec 25 and there have been no tracking scans or updates, with an updated Expected Delivery of January the 3rd. This is unacceptable and we will never shop Walmart again. It is now January 3rd and my shipment has been delayed. Horrible customer service and way to ruin a child’s Christmas. The refund issued was for an item already received and returned.
