Infinite Care (Senior Care Services)

I have used the services of Infinite Care for my elderly mother in Toronto for many years. I live on Vancouver Island and found that Sonam Choeden and her staff always fulfilled and often exceeded my wishes.While my mother was still able, she enjoyed companionship visits and outdoor walks with patient, kind and careful Infinite Care staff. As she aged, Sonam and I developed an arrangement to ensure that whenever my mother was sent to the hospital, an Infinite Care staff member would be there to meet her, to comfort her and advocate for her medical needs until admission. After admission, it was important that someone was there to ensure that my mother was receiving the extra attention that is simply impossible to get at busy hospitals these days without personal help. I can honestly say that Sonam took a personal interest in ensuring the excellent care of my mother and treated her as a member of her own family. For several years now, PSWs from Infinite Care have been an indispensable part of caring for my mom through the stages of her advancing dementia. I have been very happy with their dedication, caring, and professionalism in dealing with the many challenges of her condition. Also with their flexibility, as crises have required rapid changes in shifts and hours, and management has made prompt and effective adjustments to continue coverage. I don't know how my mom, or I, would have managed without their help.

Sonam has been a tremendous support to my family. I have used her over the years for my mother and my mother-in-law who are both in their 90's. She has always been reachable by phone or email and if she doesn't answer right away you can be she will be in touch with you very quickly. All the caregivers give written reports throughout the day and Sonam is on top of everything. When we had an issue with a caregiver, Sonam rectified the situation immediately. I would recommend her agency highly. You won't be sorry.
