I highly recommend hiring Service Plus for heating and cooling needs. Our fireplace broke down and we were quoted very high prices from various contractors just for the initial diagnosis. Andrew did a free diagnosis, ordered the part, and had the issue repaired in no time at a great price. It was such a great experience that I also had them urgently replace my old hot water tank when it suddenly broke down. Andrew is knowledgable, honest, helpful and was more than willing to answer all my questions. His young technicians are hard working, professional, good at what they do, and have really great customer service. I'll definitely be contacting Service Plus for any future heating and cooling needs.

ServicePlus was excellent to deal with. I called to ask if they could fix my gas fireplace. They booked the technician for the following morning. He showed up on time, clearly explained the problem, had the parts with him and fixed it in about an hour, then explained how to follow up and keep it in good order. Highly recommend.

Andrew is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable technician. Not only was he able to diagnose my problem immediately, but it took very little time to adjust and correct what would otherwise be a long arduous ordeal. 5-stars does not even justify the quality of care and service provided by ServicePlus Heating and Cooling (Kemptville). They are professional, organized, responsive and extremely customer-service oriented. Zachary is an awesome technician. He is polite and persevered to find a solution to my heating problem that other contractors failed to do. Very fortunate to have made contact with this company and would highly recommend them and so nice to support a family-operated, local business.
