This is one of the worst stores that I have ever dealt with. Actually since the new management and team have shown up it is the worst. They have no idea on what they are doing. Also make sure you check your agreement prices before you sign. My products cost was $1,750.00, and their lease agreement was $1,000.00. The lease price is almost the same price as the product. That is taking advatange of poor people because people who do not have an abundance of money go to these companies so that they can have these things and then get overcharged. This is digusting and this place and it should be shut down. Save your money and go to IKEA. This company shouldn't even exist if this is how they operate. They called my phone everyday advertising their promotions, which I am not ok with. They magically created a call list over the past year to harass existing customers. Don't get me wrong I used to love this place, but the culture is very different and this company has gone downhill. Go elsewhere.

Me and my wife have been a customer for almost 8 years now, from the bunk beds for my kids, consoles and laptops for school. Yes you pay a little extra but it is part of the service as it's not a Walmart layaway, it's rent to own so like any rent to own service you pay interest as they borrow the money to pay for that product for you.Once again 8 years of being a customer and no one has ever phoned to harass" for a payment just when you done paying for something they will ask you into another products and they are not pushy about it and if you do need a payment pushed phone and talk to them they can be understanding."

New to the City and badly needed furniture for my new home. Came to this place thinking I could do everything at this stop with Dollar and Liquidations nearby and this place for the furniture. I went in and not one person was willing to say hi or assist. All the staff, like 3-5 of them just sat there staring at me. Guy asked me if I came there to pick up something. I said no, and I said I wanted to browse the furniture. They just laughed.Waste of time.

My son passed away and I was behind on my payments by a 2 months. But they were understanding. If your payment is due on the 1st and it lands on a day they are closed, you can make payments online or go in a day before. It is your responsibility to pay on time.I gave them 5 starts because my oldest son and the one that passed away as well as myself have been dealing with them for over 5 years. They have been great to us. Communication is the key. Let them know what is going on if your late.

The staff is very understanding! Communication is the key. I will not bite off more than can chew. Typical lady, I want, want, want. I will build myself with Arrons. Staff on Ellice in Winnipeg deserve a raise. Awesome customer service!

Horrible place to rent from I got a ps5 online with 3 controllers and 2 headsets for less then 100 a month and Aaron's wants 180 and they only give you the system and a controller if that and interest is over the roof

I bought many pieces of furniture from Aaron's in the past few years and always had good service.I bought a couch early April from themPayments started at 69.00 a mo.Now they're as high as 89.00Each month as my phone records indicate I have to call them to remind themTheir excuse each time is my information is not updated.so they charge me extra for late charges.I have pre authorized them to take payment at the end of each month as agreed..again today 4 days into the month I called again. I was told that my info was not up to date and that my card declined.That is not true as my banking information would indicate but no such thing.I feel I'm being taken .

Very unfortunate experience of lies. We went to buy a computer for $1,500 CAD and everything seemed good until my mother actually received the computer that was out of the box (no box came) and it had a history on the web and seems to be scuffed up and used... Paying full price for a brand new computer we were shocked and called about it. After the representative heard what my mother had to say, he said It was never used and the reason why the box didn't come with it is because of the storage". Very unprofessional and lied about "it not being used" when clearly a web browser history and scuff marks will indicate it was used. MAIN ISSUE is when dealing with CORONA and peoples hands and germs have been on and around the computer.Very sad and I am defiantly never coming back and highly recommend if you want a computer to go elsewhere. I hope they don't do this with furniture.From a very unsatisfied and angry customer."

I received a few things from here last was a ge dishwasher portable I paid I think it was 1200. Total paid it off it died at four years sorry five years. So I got another dishwasher same general electric this time I'm paying over 2000. And it's starting to make same noises.i made my payment on Jan 29 .I asked the guy what to do he said he would call me on the Monday but that was ten days ago.i have memory issues I mentioned this so...I wait

I pay my account on time every single month. Now all of a sudden they are constantly calling and saying I haven't paid my bill. I literally called my bank and they said that Aarons %100 got the payment. It's been 10 days since I have paid my bill. But still they are saying they haven't received it on their end. This doesn't seem to be a one time thing. My grandmother dealt with them in the past and they did the exact same thing to her! This will definitely be my last time dealing with Aarons furniture.UPDATE: Once again Aarons furniture is calling saying they have not received my payment. EVEN THOUGH I PAID A WEEK AHEAD OF THE DUE DATE! The manager is no help constantly saying they don't see my payment. But the money is gone from my bank account! This problem needs to be fixed because it is obviously reoccurring!
