We don’t know where to begin with Cait. Having Champagne and Co. a part of our NYE 2022 wedding was the best decision ever! Cait was always prompt with every reply, kind, beyond organized and offered great ideas. Taking over the planning and coordination with all of our vendors and day of set up made for a flawless and seamless day. As a bride, I had zero worries. Cait and her team truly made our day perfect. All of our vendors and friends commented several times about how organized and wonderful Cait was. She had a great vision for our decor and it was beautiful! We were just married on June 3rd and I cannot recommend Cait more. We used her for day-of coordination, which really begins 6 weeks out from your wedding date. I started a new job during this time, so between that and the wedding and just life in general, Cait kept us on track. She picked up our rentals for us, was there to walk us through a rehearsal the night before, created and kept us on the timeline for the day, set up (with honestly not a ton of direction since my mind was just mush at this point!) the entire reception, and just solved every little issue along the way. We cannot thank her enough, she did so much work with her assistant Jen (who we also thank so much!).The stress she saved me from, during an already stressful time, was invaluable. She has even advocated for us when we had an issue with our wedding arch. You may think you can do your entire wedding on your own, but give yourself the best gift you can - hire Cait to at least help run the day for you. She's also just a kind and fun person, we loved working with her and will miss her!

Cait is literally an angel, and we cannot recommend her enough. I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner, thinking I could organize things myself. We did a consult with Cait and we immediately clicked with her calm, warm demeanour. We had regular check-ins and she always made sure everything was on track. Little hiccups happened along the way and Cait effortlessly took care of them. She made our vision come to life and we gained a friend in the process! On the actual wedding day, everything perfectly came together. I don’t know how she does it but she was literally everywhere, helping everybody. We are so so thankful to Cait, Jen and her team for making our day so magical and effortless. We look back with the most fond memories.
