Had issues with my Vedana unit's MP3 player. Any music played via 'Sound' including all 'Experience' and 'Session' program presets would start but the entire unit would shut down just after 30 seconds. Their Vedana expert was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to eventually resolve the issue with a technical workaround. Shawn, thank you very much for the excellent service that you have provided! Your dedication and support is much appreciated.

5 stars doesnt do this company justice!! My experience through emails and phone calls concerning an issue with my tub couldnt have been quicker and more pleasant. Their customer service is impeccable! I cant say enough about my Ultrabain tub and how much I’ve enjoyed it! If ever I need another bathtub, I would definitely look at this line first!

Pour avoir travaillé à cet endroit je recommande fortement pour la qualité des bains et du service client. Par contre je donne 4 étoiles pour les conditions de travail grandement défavorable au personnes souffrant de handicap divers de nature à devoir travailler différemment du personnel.

Over the years, I had two issues with my bath. In both occasion I got a quality of service that is rarely seen. And in one occasion, they had to replace the complete bath. We are talking a lot of $$$$. No arguing, just the utmost motivation of making their customer satisfied. This time around, a special thank you to Nicola. I can tell you one thing, I will never buy a bath from someone else. If I could give them 6 stars, I would !

We purchased a Bain Ultra spa tub a few years ago. One of the reasons I chose them was the fact they are a CANADIAN company - and I felt that if I ever had an issue, I would be much more likely to receive decent customer service. Well, that time eventually came, and although it did take a few emails to get things sorted, in the end Bain Ultra stood behind their product and provided me a replacement part. In return, I want to do my part to tell the world, they are a customer focused company.
