I searched everywhere in Edmonton looking for a Ford Maverick with zero luck. Called Lacombe Ford and found they had the one I was looking for, so I came the next day from Edmonton. Cody from sales helped me and got me the truck within the day. They gave me the deal I wanted on the truck without me even having to ask which made the whole experience awesome. Tom in finance was great as well, I was on a short timeline and they made it as quick as possible. I would recommend Lacombe Ford if you're looking for a vehicle, out of all the dealerships I have been, this was by far the best. Thanks Cody for the help.

We own 10 fords and love fords decided to try out Lacombe as it is closer then Red Deer. Sales men sold me a used truck with zero claims. Bought the truck took it back to the shop and our foreman that we bought the truck for noticed on the hood little hail damage all over. With the truck being white this was hard to tell when we first picked it up and I asked the sales guy if there were any issues. Him replying no. End of the day its my fault for trusting a car sales men. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK at these vehicles with a fine tooth comb or Lacombe ford will sell you anything and try to hide everything.I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

We had some major diesel engine problems that needed to be identified and repaired. The staff at Lacombe ford were extremely helpful getting our vehicle back into service. Their extremely comprehensive inspections helped us identify potential issues which were developing, and ensuring our fleet vehicles were the safest we could be on the highways. I personally would like to thank Tayler, Harold, and Ron for doing everything possible to handle our service needs and questions, questions, and more questions. They went above and beyond with superior customer service. No mater what the circumstances are they are willing to help you out. Schedule your next service at Lacombe Ford.. 6 stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Phillip Emmerson when I bought my slightly used Escape. Phil was great to deal with and he went above and beyond to make sure this was the right car for me. 40 years of buying cars, I’ve never seen a more thorough salesperson. He wouldn’t let me leave the lot until he was convinced that I understood everything about the car. I’m astonished that he’s only been in the business for a short period and knows so much about the products he sells. This same level of professionalism and extends to everyone else at Lacombe Ford, from finance to parts to service, all top notch. Well done Lacombe Ford!

I just bought a used explorer from Phil at Lacombe Ford. Phil is not the typical car sales man, he is kind, polite , very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He takes his time going through everything to make sure you know what you are buying. Any questions I had he answered. If you are looking to buy anew or used Ford product I would definitely recommend going to see Phil @ Lacombe Ford ! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

I ended up getting stranded in Lacombe on a family vacation after my timing belt blew in my car. I took it to Lacombe Ford and decided it was time to upgrade my car. Dale Andersen helped me find an amazing vehicle the perfectly fit my needs! He was absolutely amazing to deal with and the team there helped me get into a new vehicle and on the road to finish my trip in 2 days! Thank you so much to Dale and Tom from finance! After hearing all of the advertisements that they pay top dollar for used vehicles, I called. Was offered 5000$ for my 2014 Subaru forester and was told that it was a “fair price”. I sold it within a week on MarketPlace for 14,000$. Don’t waste your time
