Numode Delivery

I used Numode for the first time today and was blown away with the excellent service I received. Super friendly, helpful and just overall amazing. They took the utmost care of my packages and got them here in mint condition. The lady I spoke to on the phone also delivered my product and she was an angel. Thank you so much Numode. You saved me today! I will definitely recommend to anybody who needs a delivery in a pinch!

This company needs better drivers that know how to drive in the city and not cut people off in traffic and almost cause accidents. After honking at this guy when we came to a read light he became enraged and yelled at my wife and I and began to threaten us because we tried to avoid him hitting us in his Honda Civic. Honestly this company is unprofessional think twice before using these guys.

Honestly, I think people are using google reviews to get their own personal frustrations out on a business without actually working with the business they're complaining about - so ignore those reviews. We have worked with Numode for over a year now and have had no problems with delivery or communication. We use them to ship small to larger (1lb-200lbs) items from various suppliers in the lower mainland to the sunshine coast and back weekly and they provide a next day delivery service (if you place the pick up order before 1pm on weekdays - although may be different for other locations, so ask!). If you need it sooner, there are other options. Communication has been excellent, I speak with their dispatcher through email and phone and they ALWAYS call if there is ever an issue with pick up or delivery and provide a tracking number for each p/u order placed, which honestly we have never needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and less expensive than CanadaPost for the same service. They are a small and local business so please support them as we have received much better and catered service from them than we ever have from CanadaPost, Fedex and UPS.Full disclosure : I have no affiliation with the company or its employees other than using them for our business deliveries. I do not know anyone there personally nor was I asked to write this review - I just saw these ridiculous 1 star reviews from people and want to share my actual experience with Numode. This is a fair an honest no-biased review.

I placed an order for a very important package that needed to be handled with care as it was very expensive. The driver delivered it on a day where the snow was really bad and made it to me all the way out in Coquitlam. It worked out well because my car could not make it out of the driveway. Overall I am super impressed with the service provided and the professionalism and kindness of the driver as well as the person in dispatch. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

This afternoon I called in for a delivery of Legal documents to my lawyer. I specifically said it needs to be delivered before 2 pm, which I paid extra for and yet it didn’t arrive until 530pm. I over paid for a horrible experience, they were extremely rude and didn’t care that my documents where late! I will never use this unprofessional company ever again! If there was no stars that’s what I would give.
