WOW! What can I say but thank you to the entire team. I had a consultation about heating and air conditioning for our residential house and the barn. I was provided with a couple of options to choose from and with guided advice we proceeded. The installation team were exceptional, and it was amazing at how they work together seamlessly to accomplish the job. They worked tirelessly in the cold and rainy weather. They accomplished the job, cleaned up, and were delightful and professional. They are my go to for my next heat, air conditioning, or plumbing job. Thanks again!!!

Veenstra + Lloyd's is an incredible company that ensured that our family's property was serviced when we experienced a number of issues during the Spring.Their emergency team was able to come and repair the burst pipe within the same day and their automated system of letting us know when they would be arriving within the hour was extremely helpful.Randy and his associate treated us with a high level of professionalism and was transparent with us when it came down to the repairs. They were able to service the issue and offered the most effective course to take and took care of our list of issues with no issues whatsoever.Of course, I can't forget to mention the team behind the scenes. Jessica went above and beyond our expectations and kept us up-to-date with timelines of when their team would be arriving at our property. When appointments needed more coordination, she was able to fit us in at a more ideal time and she made coordinating with our contractor a breeze. She even reached out to us after hours to make sure that our water heater was removed and found a way for our renovations to be completed at our specified deadline.Also, when Randy was unable to come in and complete the work order, the other team members, Kyle and Travis, stepped in and made sure that the project was taken care. It was definitely a streamlined experience.I especially wanted to highlight how efficient their pay system works. Their website is easy to navigate both on mobile devices and via desktop computers. The invoices were easy to read with a comprehensive break down on how the job was completed.If you are in need of a plumbing service within the county, this is the first contact that you should be trying to connect with because their service is second to none.

My wife and I recently bought a cottage in Prince Edward County.We had major work to be done and they exceeded our expectations. We needed a in-ground cistern and a complete water filtration system to be installed and a variety of more minor plumbing items to do. Coming from Toronto, we did not know anyone in the area and found Veenstra Plumbing. Chris and his team were exceptional. They walked us through various options and clearly discussed the pros/cons of each. They even discouraged us from selecting options which were 'overkill' even though they would actually cost more. Workmanship, protecting the interior floors and exterior landscaping and great communication during all phases of work are all things that you can expect from Veenstra.The staff are as dedicated as the ownership is. One of the most professional teams I've come across. Had a plumbing leak, they showed up within 2 hours, identified the issue, and were solution oriented the entire way through. I cannot recommend these folks enough. The Google Reviews and the fact that they called me back after leaving a voicemail on Saturday at 11am were the reasons I used them.

Veenstra’s is fantastic. The owner is a great guy, and they do quality work. I use them for both our business and our personal plumbing needs whenever possible. They helped us on a really big water job, including lots of problem solving, replacing broken jet pump with submersible system in the well, adding a cistern and trickle system between the well and house, adding a winter-proof hydrant for livestock water access, and capping off a previously unknown pipe that was leaking water elsewhere. In the process of digging the cistern they literally unearthed a few problems that help explain a few mysteries of our house problems. Above all, they were patient, always calm, respectful, courteous and professional. The crew also appeared generally happy, which speaks a lot itself. Thank you Veenstra!
