The service at this florist was amazing. I made a typo on my online order and the delivery person ended up at the wrong address. The gentleman who called me was very kind in sorting out the issue and my flowers were promptly delivered to my aunt at the correct location. I felt terrible for the error but really appreciated how kind they were in fixing it for me. The flowers were beautiful too! I will definitely order from here again.

Wow! What service we received! Jonathan went above and beyond- taking the time to explain the best chance for longevity for Gerber daisies. He was helpful, knowledgeable and so sweet! He was able to help get us exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed our experience today and will definitely not be forgetting this quaint little flower shop!

I don’t like to leave a bad review but last week on Friday June 9th I came to pick up roses that I ordered for my sister’s graduation. I ordered the perfect wrapped long-stemmed pink roses and paid $85. When I picked the flowers up they were already brown around the edges as though they had been packaged up 2 nights before. Did not look fresh and definitely did not look like they were worth $85…I understand that they are roses and are therefore more expensive however the quality of the flower matters too.. When I saw the roses other people had at the graduation ceremony I couldn’t help but feel disappointed as it looked like I got my roses from the metro. Needless to say, will not be purchasing from here again. Quality does not match the price, sorry.
