Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar

Andrèane is one of my fave services in Quebec! After moving here from Toronto last year it can be hard to find the same services Im used to. Andrèane does an amazing job tinting and waxing my eyebrows and always recommends Benefit products that I love and replace other items in my daily routine (Gimme Brows, Fluff Up Brow Wax). Bonus that I can speak with her in perfect English! I am lucky to now be a regular customer and appreciate how much she helps to accommodate my schedule. The eyebrows were cleaned well but for the price, I saw better elsewhere. They were still some obvious hair that have not been removed.

I took an appointment for their special event - brow waxes for 10$. I do my brows often at the benefit brow bar and I always get great customer service in Montreal. I decided to go try the one in Quebec. I arrived 5min late (and exactly 5min) and the girl told me she has the right to not accept me as a client as I am late, she didn’t offer any other solution nor was she nice and she already had somebody in her chair so she obv didn’t care about respecting her appointments. I always wait for them when they run late with their previous client and she seemed really rude. I will not get another service there and at the end maybe it was a good thing because my friend told me the same girl burned her brows when waxing them.

Superbe expérience. La belle Andréanne m'a fait une épilation des sourcils, une coloration et embellissement. J'ai adoré, elle est très à l'écoute de ce que l'on désire, nous conseil de super produits adaptés à nous et offre un excellent service client. Nous parle tout au long des étapes et nous fait découvrir sa magnifique gamme Benefit en même temps. Très recommandé !
