Super friendly staff. Answered all questions in our company. Please do not hesitate to ask them any questions about the car or electrification.They are more than willing to answer all of them.Every one should live the Tesla store experience.

Friendly staff, however good luck trying to reach a Tesla Representative by phone, here or anywhere. Love the car (just bought a MYP) but beware/know/accept Tesla customer service is non existent. You have to get past that part. If you do, there are no cars on the market that come close to the Tesla for the same(current) price. The one part that saves them is that the Tesla app works great to get most things done, that you need for the car...and that the car requires almost no maintenance.

John, Mike and Prosper have been extremely friendly and very Informative. Gove these guys a raise! They have been so patient with me even as I'm so indecisive, they always go out of thier way to help out as much as possible

Excellent customer service. We got to test drive a model 3 car with the short tutorial we were given. All our questions were well answered and we had a great experience.

I just test drive the performance version of the Model S and all I can say is wow. I essentially drove a really fast smartphone. The car itself is beautiful on the inside and out. It’s unbelievably smooth and quiet, and fast. Many smart and unique features. For example if you say “ho ho ho” it will play Christmas music. And there are also arcade games you can play (while parked). It’s just a very advanced automobile. It’s really quite an amazing piece of technology. I would encourage everyone to go test drive one FOR FREE. My copilot, Prosper, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the drive very exciting.

Very friendly staff, the location can be a bit of a zoo during the weekend with kids climbing all over in the cars, but just come here during the week or after dinner time if that is bothersome.You cannot buy a Tesla here because of Michigan law, but they will let you test drive and connect you with an out of state dealer. Most likely in Cleveland.

Test drove the Tesla Model Y for the first time. Dont have any complaints!! Drivers seat is very comfy, the car hugs the road and is very easy to drive. The pedal picks up and goes. It's a very fast car and you barely have to use the brake. Love this car more than our Lexus that we just leased for 4 years.
