Service slow...Jbc had half a peice of bacon...think your staff or the mice got hungry.And the my spicy Asiago chicken sandwich seemed to be missing the chicken...Even had to ask multiple times for receipt..Definitely not coming back.

The morning staff at this location are awesome! When i go for breakfast they are always smiling and helpful. However, going any other time of the day I don’t even get a hello. I say “hi how are you” and get a blank stare and the debit machine shoved toward me. Coming from a position of customer service myself, I know this is not the standard so I hope there can be some sort of further training so the staff can at the very least greet the guests.

Awesome ... we changed venue since the other Wendy's was rated B by the city food inspector. To us, the extra km was worth it.

Very disappointed in their hamburgers last night. I’m thinking they prefry everything especially the burgers. They were so dry and not more than a 1/4 thick. Which makes you wonder “where’s the beef”. The other location on Memorial Ave. is much better tasting…..

I get it, we ordered through the drive thru on New year's Eve, but the food was horrible. The burgers were dry and almost burnt. We ordered two poutines and the French fries were hard as rocks. The tsp of gravy did nothing to soften them, and then topped with ice cold cheese curds. It's fast food, so I'm not expecting 5 star, but food we could actually chew would be great

Fries are served soggy and cold in the center. Ordered a baconator w/ just ketchup and they took the bacon off but still charged me for the full thing. Why would I order a baconator if I didn't want the bacon?For $30 for two people to eat.... do yourself a favour and just go to a local burger place like Beefcakes or Burger Barn. Prices are the same, if not better, and the quality is 100x better. Plus you get to support a small business instead of a giant corporation that posts cringe memes on twitter all day.

Management of the restaurant has been really questionable lately. Often out of key items such as soda or cheese and after just receiving a Portabella Mushroom melt with 1 slice of mushroom on it I am severely disappointed. The owner of the franchise needs to look into things before this restaurant is getting no business.

10 years ago this place was PHENOMENAL. Now it’s rare if they get the order correct. Can hardly understand the people on the drive thru speaker. Amazing how fast this place went down hill.
