I had a great experience buying my 2017 Ford Focus from Larif at First Choice Motor. I had some issues that I notice after buying the vehicle and first choice was able to take it back and repair the problems with weather stripping. They have been accountable to their sale and I am happy with their service.

I concur with Amanda, same exhausting and frustrating experience.I never write reviews but buyer beware. My older son had just as bad an experience with another used car dealer a couple of years ago. Non existent customer service, shoddy mechanic work seems the norm for many used car dealerships. The safety certification is a joke. Government is to blame as there is no accountability. Mechanic work is bare minimum lacking quality.The first car we choose, upon pick up after they safety certified we took it for a drive and it was a mess. Ultimately after two weeks, radio silence, calling them every two days and put on hold for over 25 min each time they said the car was not fixable, would be sent to an outside mechanic and we should come look at another. Next vehicle, upon pick up had some issues which thankfully only took 3 days to fix however the one part they changed was done very poorly and led to over $200 in repairs.Ultimately it seems if you have a good story its in spite of the dealer" not because of them. You just bought a car that was in decent shape and thankfully the car needed very minimum mechanical work to safety certify it."

I bought my 2011 chevy cruze with these people. First of all, they did not give me the car the day they promised. The day we went to pick up the car, their was a plastic flap underneath the bumper coming to the ground so could not pick it up. Then went again to pick it up. Then after a week, the oil leak started. Then again it took them one whole week to fix it and even after sending so many emails and so many calls , they never gave me the work order. Sabrina, i hope after reading this review you will reply to my emails sent and provide me with the work order. Now, the engine light is on and the warranty that i purchased from these people would not cover it. Also, to add they gave me the keys where the one key remote has broken unlock button and one key remote has the unlock button fixed with tap. And when i asked them about the key, they say we do not cover it. I had to spend from my pocket for the key.

They are the “backyard breeders” of car dealerships if ever was one. Safety Certificates they issue are fakes, most of the cars that leave their lots are not in good mechanical condition and will break down with major repairs in less than 6 months — a year. They basically try to push out as many vehicles out of their lot as possible .. cheap vehicles that they bought from auctions/bad previous owners who neglected the car/majority of their cars on the lot are full of faulty mechanical issues..They throw $650 of cheap brakes, tires and “oil change” (their oil change is shady) into the car along with a fake safety certificate and out the lot it goes. It’s all a scam.They are the kind of car dealerships you’ve always been warned about.Avoid at all cost!

The good prices come at the cost of good service. First I received my car a week later than promised and even then the OIL WAS NOT CHANGED, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD on the day they asked me to come pick up the car and it was not even clean from the inside. Fortunately my car did not face too much problems like some other's did but when I called them to talk the oil change issue they denied any responsibility and gave me an excuse instead. They made up for some errors hence 2 stars. But WILL NOT RECOMMEND to my friends and family

They have a lot going for them, like a large choice of vehicles Honda Accord,Kia Rio.I recently bought a Honda Accord the condition of the car are very good. And their client interaction is great.

TERRIBLE place to buy a car. We were told the car had brand new brakes and rotors. It didn't, had to have them replaced after a few weeks on the road. When I inquired , they told me, it was our driving habits" that caused them to literally fall apart. Also
