Our company Teach-One Tech Inc partnered with Deep Trekker to offer ROV Submersible Pilot Certification training to the students at YM4C in Raleigh, NC. Our contact Brayden Wray has been phenomenal in helping us aquire our DTG3, setting up online training, and even held an evening presentation to give a more broad scope of the role of robotics in multiple industries. We look forward to working with Brayden and Deep Trekker going forward!

We purchased our unit when Deep Trekker first started. We had a couple issues (nothing Major) that we needed help with immediately, as we were on a jobsite. We called and spoke with Tristen. Answered right away. He put us on the phone with the guy that was in tech support. We were up and running in a matter of minutes. Every time we have called, the customer support has been top notch. I have never seen the customer support like this company. The absolute best. If they don't answer, they call back in just a few minutes. I would easily purchase from this company again, just for the customer support alone.

The team at Deep Trekker was extremely responsive throughout the planning stage of our project. They were quick to provide any technical information about the equipment including weights, dimensions of all the possible configurations, and general capabilities of the equipment. Leading up to the inspection Deep Trekker provided hands-on training at their facility in Kitchener Ontario which covered all aspects of assembling, deploying and operating the DT340. The rental equipment came in heavy duty travel cases containing everything necessary to assemble and operate the DT340 and it performed well throughout the project.

We have completed a number of interior Water Tower assessments, and retrieved of equipment from water reservoirs.Our DTG3 with a new camera, controls and lighting system is truly fantastic!! The quality of the videos and camera images are amazing.We have always been very happy, with our Deep Trekker DTG3 underwater vehicles and customer support!I don’t think there is any further improvements needed, you have nailed it!!Thank you from PW MAKAR!

Great products and absolutely amazing customer service. As part of a Search and Rescue team using the Revolution Rov, we have been very happy with the portability and performance. We have contacted customer service several times and any issue was promptly taken care of. It's been a pleasure to meet Carter , Liz and the entire team. They have gone out of their way to make sure things are working as advertised, considering feedback and continuing to improve their products .

HHSL Safety Systems Limited based in Trinidad offers a range of services including Visual Inspections using Drones and Robotic Crawlers . We recently purchased a DTG2 and within 4 weeks of receiving it, was called to do a Fire Water Tank Inspection with dimensions of 58 ft high and 36 ft diameter. The entire inspection lasted no more than 75 minutes and left our client spellbound with the resolution of the data received prompting the lead engineer to call and congratulate us on acquiring this ROV. What stood out for them was the time saved, the risk mitigation and reduced cost instead of using a diver. We have been asked to conduct another inspection of the tank in January 2020 after it has been cleaned. What a great investment !!

Camera works great for inspecting stormwater systems and is very durable. Only complaint would be that the crawler struggles with any sort of obstacles or debris when the smaller wheel sets are used. When the larger wheels are on, the camera can get past nearly anything.
