I ordered two plant based sandwiches combos. I appreciate their politeness but when I went home bun was hard and there was no lettuce on sandwich. I call the store they said we are out of lettuce. Well okay, but how I gonna know that you are out of lettuce. They never told me that even single time. That’s frustrating!Girl at drive thru was nice but she should have told me before I got my meal!

Bad service can get worse. Drive thru 15 minute wait. Another 10 minutes around the front door. Drive thru girl sounded close to death. Struggled through everything. This place used to rock the Drive thru. Not for a long time now. Kfc head office take note. This place is on life support.Ps and of course they got the order wrong. No where near what I ordered.

This location has many things wrong with it. After browsing through the reviews, it doesn't seem like giving an honest review will make any difference; however, I will try anyway.First of all, the staff is very unfriendly. I placed my order, and before I could add something, the employee told me my total. She never asked if I wanted anything else or to order a drink. When my husband asked for plates, cutlery, and salt, the girl at the counter dropped things in the bag without asking if we wanted specifics like hot sauce.Next, while waiting for our order, my husband filled our drink, and I attempted to find a table. The drink fountain area was messy, and all the tables were dirty. I even noticed a random French fry on the window sill. I found a table that was half clean, so we sat there. Not once in the time we sat and ate did we see anyone coming out to clean.We both love KFC, but our meal turned us off of it. The chicken was so greasy, and we had weird, random pieces. There were two shaped like drumsticks, but when we bit a piece off, it was white meat! And what has happened to the gravy? Do they not add salt anymore, or is it just the Chatham location?Before leaving, I went to refill our drink, but the diet Pepsi was only water! I told the girl at the counter and waited while she changed it. While she was changing over the Diet Pepsi, I got a real sense of how highly Chatham KFC regards cleanliness and the health and safety of their guests. Before changing the hose to the new box, the employee tossed the connector on the ground... The dirty ground!After seeing that, we walked out. If they are that callous about their drink fountain, I can imagine what goes on in the back. All I could think about was that they probably throw pieces of chicken they drop on the floor with the ones to sell.This location needs a makeover in so many ways.

Greasy yet tasteless chicken. Colonel Saunders would be freaking out seeing how bad KFC has become. No spices, and just a greasy mess.Look at all the bad reviews here. Does corporate not care? Why such a lack of business sense? If you correct the issues at KFC and start actually selling good real KFC recipe chicken, you will get A LOT more business and profits. Doesn't take a genius to know that. Shape up!!!

Place an online order. 1st all the exclusive online promo are not available I chatham or you are forced to or the more expensive combos. Place the order this was on Sunday 3 minutes after placing the I get a call they don't have what we ordered asked to cancel the order and refund the money. Girl at the restaurant says call this #. I call it they say ok it will take 3 to 5 days to refund it. Wait the 5 days call back the today and they said the restaurant issues the refund. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. They tell it could be another 5 days.Poor customer service at the restaurant and online agents. And they are way over priced for the product you get. Won't be ordering from there again.

Although the girl taking my order was very nice I have to say my money was wasted today. The chicken is barely cooked. And rubbery. The fries are not fresh. The tenders taste like soap. Yeah… soap. Horrible experience for someone who loves kfc and goes here frequently . Ruining peoples idea of kfc tbh. This location is terrible. Management is clearly not around enough to even read this review.

It is almost guaranteed they will screw up your order. Every single time I've ordered from here, they've managed to mess it up. Wrong items. Missing food. What in competence.

Called in an order…the Father’s Day special,was there ten min before call in order time.I expected fresh chicken with assorted cuts,we received very dry dark colored white meat only

Ordered 2 regular chicken sandwich combos through Door dash. The restaurant cancelled the combos and replaced them with spicy chicken big boxes with spicy chicken wings and biscuits and charged us $5 extra. Instead of just giving us a different combo they essentially forcibly upcharged us with no way for us to cancel the order as it was already being prepared." The fact that neither of us enjoy spicy food was icing on top."
