I bought a pair of boots two days ago, got home and the chains were already broken. I didn't wear them at all, and brought them back. Because they were on sale, I couldn't exchange them or get refunded or anything. This isn't very good customer service, and I would suggest changing your policy.

Only in-store credit regardless of the reason for the return. Not impressed. My wife was told she could return within 14 days and they forgot" to mention instore credit only. We were in a rush and didn't have time to try on all the dresses. We took some home and brought back the ones she didn't like and got stuck with in-store credit."

Bought a pair of flip flops for my wife, she never wore them because the sole was coming apart from new. (I didn't notice)Took them back, unworn 16 days later, and they refused to credit me! I didn't even ask for my money back!Will never go here again.

I went here to try and find a plus size dress they had a small selection. I found that we were the only ones in the store yet no one wanted to help. I also found that the sizing ran small. Overall a cute little boutique.
