Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but that was it. I was misquoted the cost when I made the appointment. I also made the wrong assumption that if I needed to wait for my appointment I would get priority treatment vs those who could pick up at the end of the day. 3 hours from drop off to get tires changed, even during peak tire season, seems unreasonable. Especially aggravating when the dealership is going through renovations so there’s no real amenities in the waiting area. Wifi was spotty. I understand there was a mechanic off sick but surely appointments could be rebooked in that case? Or an offer for a ride if a 3 hour wait is to be expected? And booking the system online did not go well either. It showed me weekend openings when they’re not open, glad I called because I found out service isn’t open on weekends. I needed to find a place that could store my tires and knew I was going to pay dealership prices but I could have easily gone somewhere else for better service for a better price.

Fantastic service! The team, especially Lee, took the time to make my service experience seamless and saved me money! Probably the best automotive service that I have experienced. Keep up the great work!

Great experience at Donnelly Mitsubishi. They have a wonderful team and and our salesman Nicolas was very helpful in getting us our new vehicle. I’m usually apprehensive when purchasing a new car because I find the salesman I’ve met in the past at other dealers to be very pushy and untrustworthy. Not one single person made us feel this way at Donnelly. If you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle I would highly recommend buying from this dealership. They also have lots of cars available on the lot for purchase. We are very happy in our new RVR.

The sales associate Issa was informative and helpful. Hussein from finance helped tremendously. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Donnelly!

I called early on Monday morning in an emergency as my cars brakes were not functioning properly. They got me in that morning and by the early afternoon the job was done. I am very grateful for the service that I had today and will be back again for my next service.

My car purchase experience was the best with them. Right from the day I walked in for consultation to the day I got to drive my new car, everything went smooth. Abdul, Chris and Michael helped me in different ways to make a great choice and secure a good deal. Great customer service as well! I would highly recommend this place.

First time there. Made the appointment by phone. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, the service advisor (sorry forgot his name) was thorough and asked if there were any concerns. Told me it would be a couple of hours. I went and had lunch when I returned my car was ready. I would recommend the service here.

Booked an appointment after telling them what I wanted over the phone. Was told the car would be available sometime in July. Went in for the appointment and the sales representative told me the car was built and should be available sometime in July. Everything sounds good until he prints the invoice. He added multiple warranties and fees without discussing or asking if I wanted them. I was also told I can't decline the $799 Donnelly Protect" warranty. I told him I don't want the extended warranty and he removes them but now the "Donnelly Protect" warranty is $1499. I am also now told the car won't be available until August or maybe even September. I will never go this dealership again. Complete waste of my time."

Very nice and professional gentleman served me at the desk, everything was explained well, work was done exactly as explained and got my car back earlier than I was expecting. The one star is because I wiped down my wheel, gear shift and parking brake to be respectful during these Covid times and was disappointed when I got my car back and wiped those same surfaces down and the wipe came up brown. I know cars are dirty work, but this was my first time at this dealership (the man serving me knew this) and I'm accustomed to a different experience at another dealer when my car is returned to me. The washer fluid is always topped up and a wipe down is always done. I'll still be going back, I'll just save the wipe for when I pick my car up.
