I was asked by a friend to help revamp their website. As part of that I had to link the DSN from HostSmart to our new provider. The HostSmart editor is incredibly outdated and is not user friendly. To make matters worse I emailed the provider numerous times asking for assistance only for my emails to go ignored and unanswered. Very frustrating!
