Actually I should give no star because of poor management. Not giving schedule on time. When they will hire you they need full week availability to schedule you but when the schedule day comes they only gives you 2-3 shifts of 8 hours a week.In this way a security guard cant find other job because they want full week availability.

This is very good company to work.Been working with them since last year.John ,Christin and aman are so kind and allways ready to help employees when ever they need and the owner of the company John always support employees.I am having a great expericence with them and i am enjoying working with them.

The guards at the company are on their phones most of the time and vandalism happening right in front of them, and they act as if it's not their responsibility to do anything about it especially the guards at the condo complex on Dixon Road.They take forever to respond to a call and show no enthusiasm in their work by the manner they walk, talk, deal with issues and it is evident in the amount of destruction by vagrants loitering in the complex without being questioned by the guards.

I don't want to give a single star to this company . I just want to say to those people if you are for full time never ever come here . They only know how to use their guards and they also hire the guards for full time and give only 20 hours in a week just a wastage of time .So its my experience in this company.i know everyone see review so these are not fake these are the experience which was gained by other guards .

Patrol Officer notice me sitting enjoying my coffee noted to me proximity to passing vehicle traffic and I, was impressed by his fore though of my safety ! I got up from my sitting position and continued walking to my destination. Sincerely, Harry Gerard Keane
