If you’re looking for a realtor in the Calgary (and surrounding area) we highly recommend Matt. We recently purchased a home with his help and he was fantastic. Never pushy! Matt was always responsive and his knowledge of the market and real estate in general became evident to us very quickly.

He came to me highly recommended and did not disappoint! He is very active when it comes to advertising, open houses and making sure that your photos are on point! And he is also very knowledgeable yet not pushy. This was my first experience having to sell a house and he was patient and helped me through the whole process. Most importantly had my back! I would recommend him over and over and over again! And the people who recommended him to me are definitely getting a bottle of wine!

He was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, was always available to me day or night, and gave me guidance and honest recommendations on best areas and builders based on my style and criteria. I had the good fortune of being recommended Matt by a former colleague of his. I live in Toronto so already buying in a city I don’t know we’ll puts me in a disadvantage. However, Matt made the process seamless. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me shortlist a few properties with great potential. Then he set up numerous virtual showings in a timely manner. Matt is a passionate realtor who will go above and beyond for his clients! In spring of 2021, we decided to sell our townhouse and Matt was quick to get the listing on the market. He got a quality photographer to take pictures of our place immediately so the listing could be active as soon as possible. Within less than 24 hours we had many interested buyers. Throughout the entire process of the sale of our house, Matt was available at any time of day...even at 10:30pm when documents needed to be signed. The best sales experience I’ve ever had.I met Matt a while a few years back and when I was thinking of buying my first home and passed the idea by him a few times before I was seriously ready to pull the trigger.Although I’d mentioned my intentions of purchasing to him a number times, he never pressured or solicited a sale from me.When I was finally ready, we sat down and had a conversation. Whether you're buying or selling Matt's the guy to go and see. As out of province shoppers we knew shopping would be tough but Matt traveled around the city at a moments notice to take videos and show us around and make the entire process simple and stress free. When it came to the sale he remained very committed and available for any questions we had along the way even coordinating with 3rd party partners to help us with our situation. Post sale the experience has not wavered, he has continued to be supportive and be present right up until our move. Class act, would not hesitate to go with Matt again in the future.
