I visited this branch today around noon to open a chequing account. Only one or two customers were already present. I was, however, advised to book an appointment for either 1:00 p.m or 4:00 p.m as ‘no one was available’ at that time to provide the requested service. I booked appointment for 4:00 p.m and arrived on time. After waiting for about 15 minutes I preferred to walk out as I was told that the official was busy over phone. This kind of attitude speaks volumes how they value time and how they welcome new customers.

A terrible bank to deal with. They'll overcharge you on mortgage insurance, try to wrap up your car loan with your mortgage to make it hardere to leave. Their interest rates are higher than most, do yourself a favour and go to a mortgage broker. Would not deal with this bank again.
