This is a review of several staff we dealt with, Conrad, and a few of the staff in the shop. I lost the names.1 of 4 of us on motorcycles had a breakdown across the street. They allowed us to store it over night, no charge. Gave us time and room, and kindness until we were done. If they treat total strangers like this, imagine how well they treat their customers!

If I could rate lower I would. Sent my 2021 Seltos in for a recall and 2 hours later all they did was an oil change. The service manager accused me of not taking the car in for regular service, but I had the receipts to prove otherwise. I was told I had agreed to another service appointment for the recall (on a day I was working) and that they had called me when I missed the supposed appointment. I had never received a call from them. Looking to take my business elsewhere in future.

I was passing through Bathurst on a road trip when my rear brakes started seizing up. Bayside Kia was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment, diagnose the issue, and replace my brake pads and rotors within 4 hours of my original call, and all for a fair price. They were absolute lifesavers.

Conrad, a sales guy, and a motorcycle guy, gave us a place to store a broken bike overnight, no charge. They treated us like friends and neighbors. If they do that with total strangers, they must treat customers Iike royalty. Thanks to all the Kia staff!
