I see Allyson Knight once a week for kinesiology. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. I thoroughly enjoy our visits and look forward to the appointment. I have learned many stretches and exercises specifically for me/my body aches and pains. She really knows what she's doing! Thank you Allyson for getting me back to my pre injury self.
