They deliver excellent work at reasonable rates and above and beyond customer service. Expect to be treated with kindness and exceptional car care. Wonderful couple you can rely on. When I leave, I often wonder 'how can I repay THEM!' They are just that kind of people.

Chris got me new tires for my E90 BMW, and fixed some exhaust leaks. Awesome service, and price was great as well. I'll be back with my truck with more work.

Got my heating fixed, but two weeks later I had the same problem. They claim it wasn’t their fault… even if that’s true my experience was terrible. I asked for a quote before the repair was done, but they went ahead with it before asking me. It was $800 two weeks after I spent $800 on the same thing… When I asked about this he told me “Well just leave the car here and I’ll take the parts out then”. Not only was John extremely rude but he clearly did not care at all. Not only this but I even called this morning to check if the car would be ready today, expecting to get a quote at least, and his only response was “Should be”. They were inconsiderate, rude, disorganized, and given these experiences I wouldn’t be surprised if they also didn’t take responsibility for issues they caused.

They fixed my warning light issue. But a few days later my car stalled out on the 404 (extremely busy traffic) and I had to have it towed to my local mechanic in Oakville. The cause? They didn’t replace a part properly that they removed to service the warning light issue. I wrote them about it but haven’t received any response.

I took my motorcycle in for certification. Was very happy with the service Jon the man that helped me load and unload my bike was very kind and extremely helpful. They did a great job and were done earlier then expected. Thanks everyone for getting me in and Allowing me to feel safe to ride.

Don't recommend this business due lack of customer service and due diligence as a business. They do the bare minimum and put the responsibility on the owner to know what's wrong. Will never take my vehicles there again. Ever.

Called with a deflating tire. 20 minutes later, fixed and ready for the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

I would greatly recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicles the owners are great with customers highly trained mechanics and a job well done. I drove two and half hours to have my vehicle worked on and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Haliburton Auto for all your vehicle repairs.

I just had some work done that came in $500 more than expected. I called when I got the invoice and asked Chris if he could go over the invoice with me over the phone to show me why it was so much. He immediately became aggressive and confrontational. I found I wasn’t going to get any real explanation out of him so said I’d pay the price invoiced and have someone go get the car. I was out of province at the time so my father went shortly after to go get the car. He was greeted by Chris who started yelling at my father. My father decided to leave due to the tirade and let him cool down until Monday where we were finally able to pick up the car. I have done very few reviews but had to do one for this. Do not recommend.
