I came in last night and ordered in person what I have been ordering for three years on Skip the Dishes and they messed it up twice after I specifically told them I only want the veggie patty, pineapple, terayaki sauce and the bun. By the end of this experience and feeling like I was a joke to the staff I won't be spending my hard earned money at this location ever again. Please learn to treat your customers like they have value, know they have allergies to certain foods and respect their wishes. The company then asked me to email them so they could make things right"

I was at the 104 th Ave location between 3:30 and 4 pm June 7, 2023. I ordered a mushroom Swiss with fries and a drink. It's now almost 11 pm and I've been throwing up this burger for the last hour. I do work in the same industry and this location needs to check their products or learn to cook the beef properly. I have no allergies to anything on this burger. I don't expect a response because it's a corporation. Train your staff to serve fresh products and check expiration dates.

Had breakfast with my family wasn't expecting anything special. Was blown away by the food quality. Very friendly staff & very clean facilities. Would definitely recommend can't wait to try burger here and I been to many other fatburgwr before.

Re: January 12 2022order : We have supported local business during these uncertain times by ordering from this location frequently, only to be told , by the manager, that he had made the burgers himself and they were made correct.However I have the photos to prove that the burger came with mushrooms instead of bacon! He outright denies it, and said he’d worked there for 3 years. He would not believe me that they put mushrooms on the burger instead of bacon. The worst customer service I’ve received from a restaurant ever. Highly disappointing.It took so long to get a refund that I was not able to reorder.If the manager would have taken the time to listen to me, there is a easier way for restaurants to fix orders they make incorrect: by canceling and refunding a new order. He was so rude he wouldn’t even let me explain how to do this…he then proceeded to hang up on me.Now the person who ordered the burger has had to go without supper tonight, as they cannot eat mushrooms.

OMG I just had the BEST breakfast Burger anywhere!!!My husband and friend also thoroughly enjoyed their food too!On top this the server was AMAZING taking the best of care with us. Let's just say we will definitely be back!

Me and my sister were browsing around the area just looking in for some fries, but once we went inside FAT-BURGER store, we found out they have a vegetarian option as well, and oh my God let me tell you guys this is one of the most soft and juicy veggie patty I have ever tried and their curly fries were perfectly crispy not overcooked or undercooked. It was just perfect. The burger was called the impossible burger it’s a must have 10 out of 10.

My family and I normally love Fatburger for there fresh quality burgers but tonight we ordered and all of our burgers came out dry and over cooked, the mushroom burger also came with mushrooms that were all burned to a crisp with hard seeds in the mushroom sauce. I normally don't like leaving a negative review but the whole order was very disappointing.

They have removed combo meals from delivery platform menus, which I feel is unfair to customers. The same exact meal has increased by about $10 because of this. It's too expensive to get delivery here with this change.
