I recently had to get a new furnace and air conditioner. I previously had Enercare install my old ones which were about 19 years old. Michael the sales man that came to the house was very informative and explained everything in depth. Which made it very easy to understand. I decided to go with the quote Michael gave me. It was such a easy process from the tech coming to double check they could move my air conditioner to another spot before they actually came to install it. The installer Doug, Dave, Jeff, and Wade did a fantastic job! I actually was not home at the time of installation and the whole process was perfect. I have my new Carrier equipment installed and work great. They were so neat and clean you would not even know they were there. Thank you all for making this such a easy process. I would highly recommend Michael and ask for the installers, Doug, Dave, Jeff and Wade too if you would like a great job to be done. Thanks Tammy

I spoke with Michael Pringadi (Energy Management Consultant, Niagara Region) who was most helpful and patient when I telephoned him regarding the quotes for the heating and cooling systems. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Moreover, he was very professional and courteous. He was prompt in returning my telephone calls. The installers Kyle, Kevin and David did a superb job and tidied up the work areas following the installation of the equipment.The latter two, but especially Kevin, have a great sense of humour. All possess superb professional courtesy.

We had Michael as our sales representative. Michael was efficient and got us the information we need quickly. He made our transition to Enercare very easy. Doug and Wade were the installers for our new tank. They showed up on time, installed the new tank and answered all of our questions effectively . Once they finished the area they left the work area clean. They were very professional.

The sales rep Michael and the installers. Aaron C Aaron D were here at the times they said they were going to be and were very professional . They were courteous and answered all the questions we had. The furnace and heat pump went in without a hitch and when completed the areas were all cleaned and the installation was neat and tidy. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new HVAC system

Everyone was absolutely excellent! Within a week we went from inquiring about a heat pump system installation to having one installed. Scott was quick to help us with our selection and Shane, Mitch, and Nolan executed the installation flawlessly. Steve, their electrician (who we needed for a new electric water heater... because we have solar) was not only great but also full of very helpful information. Very highly recommended!!!!

I’ve been very pleased with the services that I have received over time from this company. Often we get negative comments from random sources so it can be a concern, but I have no reason to complain about any technician. They have all been professional and friendly. Whenever I ask for an explanation they have been helpful and patient. Today, my service man was the best! He followed the health protocol, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful/knowledgeable. I know that others have felt the same judging by previous comments made. Thank you Al Z. You should feel proud! Your company is lucky to have you.

Daniel A greeted me courteously when he came for the service call. He immediately put on shoe covers and asked if I would like him to wear a mask as he noted I was wearing one. Daniel A was friendly and took the time to understand the plumbing issues we were experiencing. He explained everything step by step and took the time to diagnose the issues in order to solution appropriately. He worked efficiently and kept work areas clean. We have had numerous other service calls to resolve, however no one provided the time, expertise and work ethic that Daniel A did. We are very pleased with this service.

Excellent service from start to finish. When our furnace quit suddenly, we called for a technician at 8am. We dealt with Colin and Mike who were very knowledgeable and polite. No pressure sales, just good information with options. The next morning, Mitch and Mike arrived and completed full Installation of new furnace and air conditioning units in about 8 hrs. Efficient, hardworking and friendly. We have no hesitation recommending for other homeowners.

We had a plumbing issue and Dan A. attended our house to fix the problem. Prior to the appointment he kept us informed as to his arrival. He was very polite and careful while in our home. He completed the job quickly and everything works perfectly. We appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and highly recommended him to anyone in need of wonderful plumber!

Mitch and Evan did an awesome job of installing our new AC and furnace this week. Arrived on time, finished in one day and took extra time to walk me through all the work they did and how to use our new units. Fully recommend their serivices!
