I am extremely impressed with the work done by Sam. He politely explained to me the choice of toilet selected and kept me informed throughout the whole process of replacing a toilet. He quickly provided me with two options to complete the job and their associated costs - repair old vs install new.The work was completed on time and he left my place clean. We had an issue with a severely clogged drain in our kitchen that two plumbers were unable to fix. The last plumber suggested flushing the pipe which would have been both costly and time consuming. We decided to call PenTech, based on all of the positive reviews, to see if we had any other options. Sam came by to assess the problem and was able to clear the drain for us the same day, at half the cost we were quoted by the previous plumber. He was both professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated the care he took to protect our floors and to leave our kitchen the way it was once he was done the work. Now we can see why there are so many positive reviews having experienced this top notch service ourselves. We would definitely call them again if we had any other plumbing issues in the future!
