Ordered birch logs on Tuesday and they were delivered the next day. Good communication so I knew when to expect them. The logs burn lovely on my open fire.Thank you Charlie's Logs - brilliant service, would highly recommend... just wish I'd found you sooner!

Ordered online in November which was easy and clear as to what you are getting. The price is reasonable for the quality and very happy overall with Logs.They gave me options for the free delivery, which arrived on time and Daniel offered to help move to my wood store.I've now used most of the logs and would order again from Charlie's when I need to.

Super service- ordered Sunday online and arrived Monday- fantastic. Good quality dry logs (11% moisture) which are burning well. One ash log lasts over an hour in my burner. Lovely Dave helped us stack all the bags in our garage . We'll be re-ordering!

Ordered Tuesday and arrived Thursday. Other companies were quoting 4,5 weeks for delivery. Brilliant customer service and logs are fab and burn very well. Will 100% be buying from Charlie's logs again!

We received excellent service when ordering from Charlies logs a couple of days ago (Truro) .Delivered on time and placed by the owner and his colleague as we required. Very nice and friendly people.I can confirm that having tried many other companies that the quality of the hardwood delivered is of a very high standard. What a gem of a company. Extremely competitive pricing, fantastic service. So grateful to support a local business which provide excellent communication and a delivery service that is faultless. Excellent product, the dried Oak burning slow and nicely next to me now.The delivery driver was extremely polite and kind and put all logs in logstore. All done with a smile and a spring in his step.
