We chose Clearwater after asking for recommendations for window cleaners on facebook. The response to use Clearwater was unanimous and for good reason. They were professional, fairly priced and most of all, did a fantastic job. We had a blind that we thought was broken for the last year and now it's magically fixed. They truly went above and beyond and were a treat to work with. Highly recommend - we'll certainly be using their services again.

The crew consists of very nice young men who try very hard to please and they succeed! Our condo has used this company for a couple of years now and we are very happy with them. In fact we will be using them next spring to pressure wash our condo building. They do excellent work.

We requested a quote for power washing our house, window cleaning, and moss removal from the roof. They arrived on time and quickly provided us an estimate for the work, and were even able to complete all the tasks the same day. They worked efficiently and were professional throughout the job.When Mark left, the windows were clear as crystal and the roof looked brand new.

Once again these guys have left our windows sparkling clean. Fast and efficient, their work is always perfect. We also used them to remove moss from our roof 3 years ago and no sign of it returning. Service is great. Highly recommend.

Dealing with Clearwater was a fantastic experience. Sharmaine, the office coordinator was knowledgable and professional on the phone to book an appointment. Tim the gutter professional who completed the work did and outstanding job, especially considering the size and slope of our challenging home in Rossland. He was on time, provided an exact quote within 10 minutes of arrival, and completed the work safely and promptly. I will definitley be hiring Clearwater again next year.Thank you!

From the moment I called for a window and gutter clean for my house, I was extremely impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and thorough care I received. I look forward to this service every year. Tim arrived promptly at 9 am and worked quickly and quietly cleaning our gutters, removing moss and cleaning windows inside and out. The house sparkles! This trio takes pride in their work and pays attention to the small details. I noticed Tim tightening the gutter screws with his drill. This was a service I didn't ask for but he did anyhow. These guys are real pros!

Our Strata complex consists of 18 units with balconies on 3 floors. We had Clearwater come out to clean off outside of building which is mostly cladded with vinyl siding and to include hosing down balconies and wash all windows. This was done in one day and ALL condo owners were very impressed with the job done and with the professional services and courtesy shown by their workers.
