Thank you Suzie for your attention to detail and full body work out that respects my needs. I'm going to be 70 in March and I feel so mobile, energetic and healthy after a class with you. I have yet to experience any one class the same as the other. I'm making progress with my lower back issues, overall balance and I look forward to the summer arms I'll soon have. I also enjoy the other pilates movers and shakers who attend your classes. I am indeed blessed to participate at your clean, lovely studio. Thank you!

I am new to Nanaimo and new to Pilates although not new to fitness and Suzie is amazing. The studio space is fabulous- it is clean, professional, and well- equipped. Suzie is warm, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. Her background in Kinesiology is evident. I like the variety between using the Reformer as well as floor Pilates and am challenged every workout. My only regret with this review is competing now for studio time!

The space is clean and beautiful! Suzie is a fabulous instructor who explains/demonstrates exercises really clearly. The music was on point, and the class targeted a variety of muscle groups. I'm really impressed with this place. I'm glad my friend recommended it to me!

I'm so grateful for Suzie and her beautiful studio. I needed support to get strength back and her private and group classes were just what I needed. As a kinesiologist, she is knowledgeable and offers small class sizes- I feel in really good hands... and she's a skillful, motivating teacher. I love her studio space- bright, ventilated and she is diligent with keeping the space and equipment clean- much appreciated in these covid times.

Hidden gem! I’ve been going to the group reformer Pilates classes for a few months now and continue to look forward to it each week. Great workout and gives me a good reason to escape my family for an hour. The studio has a beautiful aesthetic and Suzie does an amazing job of supporting newbies! Highly recommended to everyone, especially people like me who are on a fitness journey but also deep down a lazy person ;)
