Life Time

Come here occasionally as a guest on my friend’s membership and the amenities are great. There is a wide variety of equipment on the main level in addition to hot yoga, spin and pilates classes. There’s also squash courts and a rock climbing wall that is pretty nice. The change rooms are pretty spacious with lots of complimentary items like mouthwash, razors and shampoo/conditioner along with a well run towel service. The pool is okay but the water in there feels slower (draggier?) than other pools I frequent. There are spas located both within the change room and on the pool deck. However, the sauna is only located on the pool deck and I wish they were also located in the gendered change rooms. To be honest, I don’t know if I’d buy the complete membership for myself but if you value comfort, maybe this is the gym for you.

It's an awesome gym! Diverse classes, friendly instructors & friendly staff, clean changing rooms and awesome indoor/outdoor pools. The kids academy is great too!! It keeps everyone active, we love Life Time!!

We Love this gym! It’s like being on Vacation!Staff are all friendly and helpful. I really enjoy Yoga with Julie and Spin cycling with Jim.Only downside is it can get busy during peak times and staff have a tough time keeping up with the housekeeping in the change rooms. Overall we are very impressed and glad to be members.Book classes ahead of time because they fill up quick.

I went in today for a tour, I got there around 4pm. Honestly the price is pretty pricey for a gym under construction and not that well maintained but I was fine with the price if it delivered what it promises. I was super excited to do my tour as I thought this would be a luxury gym for that price. The tour was so rushed and honestly not that friendly....it smelled bad and there were kids running around and it was a bit dirty. The gym was a bit run down with a lot of construction at the moment. I am sure once upon a time this gym was clean and luxurious but it is far from that now. The pool area was nice though and it has a lot of amenities but just not as well kept. The lady that gave me the tour did not seem like she wanted to even do the tour and was kind of rude when I asked her that 2 weeks ago the price was lower. I by no means like to get pressured into signing up but she did not care if I signed up or not....she just showed me out the door basically and gave me the schedule. There was no what did you think?" or "are you thinking of signing up?". There was nothing just okay thanks bye. I was so disappointed."

To be honest that was not properly managed. This Servicing should be completed when the gym is closed if it was not an Emergency IE Fire Hazzard or Flooding Risk. I was told by my wife that one of the Technicians was staring at women from the corner of his eye... lol that's disgusting, I'm sure at least a handful of women weren't happy about this.Over all, this location is far better than LA Fitness from where I came in terms of cleanliness, Open To Close Hours, Amenities, Equipment & the overall facility. What a, plus that its right off the 403!Thank you for bringing this location to Mississauga. I look forward to remaining a member here.

This gym used to be good a few years ago but now it's way too packed with people and kids running around everywhere, especially in the summer!! The one best thing about the gym was the two full-sized basketball courts which would at times get very busy as well but recently heard they will be taking one away and replacing it with pickleball who nobody plays at all!! In a basketball centric area this is one of the worst moves the management of this place can do and just shows how poorly managed the facility is. All the potential is there if the management was right. HUGE LOSS FOR ALL THE BASKETBALL LOVERS IN THE AREA!! I highly suggest the management reconsiders removing a basketball court that everyone loves

My family and myself have been going to Lifetime for a few years now all employees are super attentive, any questions or concerns we've ever had was always addressed right away and management always followed up. Front desk is super curteous, Samantha is great and always addresses any questions! Maria and all other employees really do a great job maintaining gym cleanliness even at peak hours! The amenities are great, the range of classes offered are amazing!! I love Lifetime! :)

Horrible experience, the family change room is dirty and smells like someone has peed on the curtains. Each staff has their own opinions which caused us to have an argument by getting yelled at the staff. The price wasn't worth all this trouble and uncleanness.

Since the summer has started the quality of the gym has been not so great. Some of the staff members are rude and make their own rules. They changed the rules without us knowing which got a suspended from the pool.

I’ve only been a member for a month and my experience with this location is horrific. Last weekend I brought my mother and daughter to use the pool. I ended up using a guest pass for my mother. As you may all know prices for a membership aren’t cheap whatsoever. Upon walking into the family change room there was no towels. I went sat my family down before I went to the front desk to let them know. Fast forward to when we were leaving. I chose to use the women’s change room as there were A LOT of families. Again, upon entering the change room there wasn’t any towels. Here is my daughter, mother and I soaking wet with no towels. As I walked through the change room to head to the front desk the change room it’s self was in such disgusting shape. Dirty towels everywhere, overflowing garbages, garbage in the toilet stalls and all over the counters. When I explained this to the front desk, their reasoning behind the filth is because they were so busy today. I’ll be honest busy or not, there is absolutely no excuse for such a filthy change room. Especially through times like these with COVID playing a big role in our lives today. I’m extremely upset because I honestly pay more than I need to be for quality and cleanliness of the facility. Everything was lacking this day. Goodlife, planet fitness and fit for less I’ve saw in better shape. I’m beyond disappointed with life times cleanliness and I feel as if others should know before signing up. It is clear that COVID and cleanliness rules do not exist in LIFE TIME because they are too “busy”. Neglecting their clients and facility. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone and their family. Think twice before joining, maybe try somewhere less expensive with better quality. Not impressed. I should have read reviews before joining because I see there’s a consistency with dirtiness.
