I desperately needed a specific cord for my work laptop, and after no luck at the big franchise stores a friend recommended Seaside. The staff knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock and told me if it turned out to be the wrong one it was no trouble to bring it back. They even tested in the back to make sure it did what I needed it to do. Their levels of knowledge and customer care were outstanding, I will never go anywhere else again for computer needs.

Love, love, love this store. Not just about computers they are a courier drop off for both Purolator and FEDEX and super helpful. These guys go way above and beyond to help you out and ensure your packages get out quickly and efficiently. I recommend them with 50 stars not just 5.

In and out in just a few minutes with exactly what we needed.Sales staff was efficient and knew the product. Offered less expensive solutions but our aesthetic tastes said go big.Overheard the tech in the back on the phone, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.Will return, great spot for PC parts, accessories, or systems.

Incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly folks. I’d overlooked two small parts in a build and they went out of their way to provide them same day (and near closing at that).Having a trustworthy traditional pc hardware shop locally is increasingly rare, but vital for hobbyists and normies alike. Seaside is a shining example of such a shop, and I emphatically recommend supporting them.

I phoned around looking for a solution for my busted Dell charging cable. One other shop told me I was SOL and that I had to order that proprietary hardware online.I was in a time crunch. So I called Seaside later who offered to at least power my laptop so I can recover some data.When I got into their store it turns out they had a perfectly good Dell charger on-hand and sold it to me.5/5 for friendly service and a local solution.
