I was here today and was very upset and emotional as my housing benefit had been cut off with no explanation.Both members of staff I dealt with were so kind and patient and I was given help and advice.They gave me hope and the emotional strength to deal with the DWP and I can see some light ahead.I cannot Thank these people enough for what they do.

I was 3rd in queue. I waited 1hr 40mins for a phone appt. I was kept informed at all times. The waiting area is clean. With fresh water, masks and sanitizer provided. I was impressed with a Bilingual worker which is a great comfort. My problem was solved within the 1 appt. Very pleasant experience during a stressful time. It was calm.

Awful experience, long wait ( which I didn't mind) as I needed to see someone, to then be taken into a room and told it was a telephone consultation..I asked for face to face only to be denied......if they had told me that at the beginning I wouldn't have waited...bad service...
