Oxford Learning Stoney Creek

Great staff who really care about helping students achieve their learning goals! Not to mention they assess each child and create a profile for them so that their teachers know what kinds of supports they need to learn in a way that suits them :-)

I am very appreciative of the staff at Oxford and the support that they provide for my son. The regular 6-8 week meetings to get updates about my son's learning is wonderful. I like that my son comes home with a homework booklet but that it is not mandatory for him to complete it. My son thrives on the positive praise and encouragement from his teachers at Oxford. The staff are knowledgeable and answer and questions that I might have. They also value my input as well as his classroom teachers. The program is tailored to my son's needs and he has made many gains. I highly recommend Oxford Learning Centre :)

Best money I've ever spent! I enrolled my daughter in the Little Readers Program when she was in JK, 2 days a week to provide her with more academic challenge. By the time she finished SK she was reading at a Grade 2 level. She is now enrolled in the centre's Beyond Tutoring Program to ensure that she understands and grasps the literacy skills being taught at school while still being challenged. I enrolled my twin boys( age 3) this year in the Little Readers Program and I am amazed at what they have learned so far. The staff at the centre are wonderful! They are all so caring and encouraging and best of all you can tell they are invested in wanting the students to succeed.I highly recommend the centre and I tell everyone I know about it.Brittany Alfieri

A great environment for students to learn and develop core skills needed for success in the classroom.

My kids attended the Little Readers program at Oxford Learning and they had a terrific experience there! The teachers and staff are all very positive, kind and nurturing and work together to accommodate all learners. My children learned so much there and as a result were very well prepared to begin kindergarten. When my oldest was having trouble in school, we went back to Oxford for tutoring and we have seen a significant improvement. I would highly recommend Oxford Learning to anyone!

Best place which uses both, resources and opportunities, to make one self dependent so that one can learn and grow. Works on developing a person's metacognitive skills.

I first became involved with Oxford Learning when I put my older child in for summer tutoring. In order to convince her to go my little one did the Little Readers Program in the summer as well. That was 4 years ago. My eldest attends tutoring through out the year and she even admits that she can't go with out Oxford. Oxford Learning Stoney Creek is an excellent facility. The owners and staff are amazing and work so diligently with the kids. My children enjoy going. I have seen huge changes in my kids with Oxford.

My daughter's experience at Oxford has been incredible. We are truly grateful for the high level of support and consistency. She loves attending the classes and speaks highly of her teachers. Highly recommended.

My daughter is 9 and has been with the Stoney Creek Oxford since Oct 2019. Her grades went up in all subjects even in these times of quarentine. There online tutoring has been outstanding and I feel my daughter got the individual attention she needed. We have continued through the summer and the same teacher was available and I have to say they are engaging and fun. I will recommend Stoney Creek Oxford to anyone who's child needs that extra help.

My daughter started coming here last summer (2014) and has continued through the school year and will be back for this summers. She absolutely LOVES coming here and never complains about it. I have noticed a huge difference since enrolling her. I would highly recommend Heather, Carolyne and their entire team!!!
