Thank you to the Two young Ladies who spent a lot of time to get the worst knot from my hair while savouring what could be saved!!!They were very soft touched, checked in multiple times to make sure I was ok & had no judgment!The environment was beyond beautiful and so welcoming!! The customer service was amazingHands down Good choice going here for my first time & id highly recommend this establishment

Loved my experience with Jillian :) Almost fell asleep when she washed my hair it was so relaxing, and I was very pleased with the final result of my hair cut! I will definitely be back to see her :)

My hair was looking really white on Zoom meetings(!!!) But I wasn't sure if wanted to invest the time and money to dye it.Tony from Vida listened. He explained that temp dye doesn't cover grey. And permanent dye will leave a line if I don't maintain it.Our solution was to create some dark highlights to break up my grey hair and let me see if I want to continue. Here's the before and after.At Vida, they offer hospitality, listen, and give you a great cut! Recommended. (I bring my daughter and my mom here too!)

So, I used to go to a popular salon in Durham region, 20 mins from Toronto and this is how I met Gill 5 years ago. When I moved to North Bay recently and found out Gill works here, I was beyond thrilled and I’ll be a continuing customer of this cute hair salon. Vida Salon hires the best hair stylists, and Gill is an example of the best. I’ve watch her skill evolve over the years of knowing her and I can’t recommend her ENOUGH. She listens to you and what your hair goals are. She’s an incredibly talented stylist. (She also washes hair so well, it almost touches your soul. Haha)Great salon atmosphere!

This established hair salon in the heart of the city has 2 master stylists with 60 years combined experience, plus an amazing, friendly staff of stylists and assistants. They carry a fantastic product line - ICON and Davenis, are up to date on current hair trends and treat clients like gold. The head massage treatment with every shampoo is incredible!

I had Brooke do my hair and Gillian did my moms. We both had a great experience and will definatley be going back! That head massage.... omg it took all my stress away for sure. Soooo so happy with our experience.

This was my first time at this salon and what an amazing experience. Toni the stylist who did my hair was fantastic. She listened and asked questions about my previous experiences and vola my color came out beautiful. The owner Jana took the time to chat with me. She genuinely cared what I had to say. Hands down the best customer service. They put a cream around my hair line to protect my skin. They gave me something to protect my glasses while I waiting for the color to take. They really are care about the customer and want you to have a great experience

What a fantastic first experience! I've never genuinely felt pampered at a haircut appointment before, but wow did I leave feeling pampered today!Everyone was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Made sure to book another appointment on the way out!

Really great salon with talented hairdressers and great aesthetic. I went to Brooke for a hair cut and she did a fantastic job, I’ve had some bad experiences with other hairdressers in the area and I’m glad I went here this time, she listened to what I wanted and you could tell she really knew what she was doing. Can’t wait to go back for colour.
