So sad with the store policy they have No refund, No exchange, No store creditI bought a wig but before buying I tried it many many times I was so excited to useUnfortunately after washing and I followed all the instructions in the box I was so surprised to see the very beautiful straight hair wig that I bought became very curly and uglyPlease be very careful with what you are buyingI wasted $400 for this wig and I am not happy

EDIT- This business has gone downhill with its sevice. They don't open in a timely way. Talk on phone instead of serving the customer who is waiting. Simple transactions that could be 3 mins end up being 20.Really have expanded the amount of choice in products at this location. Love the new fabrics. My daughters favorite location to go to for hair supplies and wigs.

This is one of the best beauty supply stores I have been to within the Edmonton area. I usually feel uncomfortable when I go because of the stares I get but these women were very helpful and welcoming. Their prices were outstanding as well. I would suggest they open a website for pickup or delivery that would skyrocket their customer base. Other then that I was completly satisfied with my purchase.

There is this one young lady there that is ever so pleasant. She is very personable and professional and always makes my trips to the store when she's there more worth it! (I'll be sure to get her name next time and edit this review.) Other than that the store has a great selection of hair and hair products, though the no exchange policy I'm bot a fan of, as I feel exceptions should be made for loyal/regular customers.

They have just about everything you need. My only thing, one of the staff were pretty rude. She was ready to go home and was just blatantly annoyed and irritated with every question we had- but like it was our first time and the store is huge.Customer service could be better with Staff.The owner I believe though, was great. She checked us out, and took over at a point.
