I love this Reebok store in Vaughan Mills as it has the latest in athletics and foot ware and other accessories. It is spacious and carries most of the latest styles and the service is not so bad. On a good day, you can browse and get a good feel of the products, however when it’s a weekend or major holiday, it’s a challenge to navigate your way around the store .

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online that took them 3 weeks to ship, and then when they arrived the size was wrong and too small. So i repackaged and delivered back for return. It has now been several weeks and have gotten confirmation from Canada post that my return was delivered to their warehouse, however they are still not processing my refund. Probably the worst customer service on the planet.

Good store and good product + insane management = bad news.THERE IS NO POINT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER TO ACTUALLY COME TO THE STORE IF YOU DON'T LET THEM TRY ON ANYTHING. That was a complete waste of time. Seriously, you expect me to come and buy 5-6 products, mind you each in a couple of sizes to find one pair that fits. And you think that if there is a return policy, it's ok to close fitting rooms. Well, that's no different from buying it all online and just sending whatever did not fit back. Free shipping in and out. Your store is USELESS now. Your sale does not help if people can't try it on. Mind you, the product is good, so I would gladly pay full price for something THAT FITS! If you manage your business with such insanity, you won't be in business for much longer. Good riddance, I say. I need no stores like that. What is that, a flea market?

What can s@y? I got 2 running and walking shoes for the price of $62. There was a promo of 50% off of everything in the store. Bought 2 and always debating in which one I am going to wear. Love Reebok sneakers❤

Great store. Always amazing deals to be found. Helpful staff.

Staff is super rude. That small white girl gave us attitude and said “wow” at our face when we were leaving because I didn’t anything. She told me she doesn’t have certain products even though they had a lot of those shoes. Just cause store was closing. When I come back. Definitely have a talk with her my way. also If you don’t pay for their fun, they will judge you and comment in front of everyone.

This store has a great layout! Very easy to see the styles and outfits in a grouped order. The select is somewhat limited, which I find makes shopping super easy. The service was phenomenal today. Ashley helped my wife select the best option for her workout shoe and Omar was very friendly and offered his advice on good options as well! In the end my wife walked out with 2 new pairs and a huge smile! See you again soon guys!!!
