Darren came in a timely manner when asked. Was very personable. Very professional and detailed. He obviously excels at what he does as he is immaculate and his work looks so good.He came twice, once to change all the shut off valves. My house is over 30 years old and I did not know that shut off valves seize up. So I was happy and relieved to know that they all work should there be an emergency.The second time I called him to come, he fixed my shower valve. It was making a loud rattling noise. So he ordered the part, and when it arrived he came promptly and installed the new valve quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself.He is a lovely gentleman, kind and friendly, and an expert at what he does.I highly recommend him if you want anything done in regards to plumbing and heating!

Darren was punctual and professional. The repair took less time and work than he quoted.

We have had Darren install a toilet, remove our polyB pipes/ install PEX piping, and most recently install our new kitchen sink and faucet. His work ethic is amazing - always on time, polite and amazingly efficient - he even fixed a cabinet fixture that was loose before leaving! I do not hesitate to recommend Darren for any plumbing work you may need. We will have him back for sure.

Darren was just amazing from start to finish ! Great customer service and made it such a breeze to get the faucet and shower heads installed . On time and professional . Darren was great. Fast at responding to fix our shower drain, but we discovered the shower was still leaking. Emailed and he was able to stop by the next day to assess and dealt with the leaking. Wonderful service and great experience. Highly recommend

Highly recommended D-LUXE! Darren was quick to respond to our inquiry that needed timely follow up (odour coming from the kitchen sink). He was very efficient in determining the issue and had it fixed in no time. Appreciate that he called to check in a month later to make sure we had no further issues! Will definitely be booking him in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

D-Luxe Plumbing & Heating is awesome! Darren serviced my boiler and went above and beyond dealing with freezing issues from my taps outside. He has also done work for me before, namely a tap to my balcony and replaced a faucet in my sink downstairs. Darren is always quick and professional, and provides great service too.
