Clear Medical Imaging

Horrible. It took weeks to get an appointment. Then I showed up on the day of, sat in their waiting room for over an hour. At closing time the receptionist told me my appointment had been cancelled due to staff shortages. No one had told me beforehand or at checkin.

My first time to clear medical imagining was rough because my first pregnancy ended in a loss which is no fault of the staff. What I thought would be exciting to have my first ultrasound ended in heartbreak. This place had dark memories for me for several months. Having to go back for my second pregnancy, I was nervous and scared based on my previous loss. Lindsay the tech was amazing. She calmed my nervous, understood my past and helped me through the appointment. She told me my baby's heart rate right away which calmed my nerves. My husband then got to come into the room and Lindsay showed us all angles of our baby. It was pure magic. She was patient, kind and really gave us an unforgettable experience this time around. We even left with 7 photos of our little babe. Thank you Lindsay to creating this memory for us, especially after a tragic loss. It means the world to us!

Was at this location today, with a friend. My friend forgot her paper work at home and the receptionist was super helpful and called the Doctor to get the paperwork sent over. I have been here before myself and they are so efficient and curious. The front desk girl was amazing! My friend suffers with anxiety and she put her right at ease. Will definitely return, great job staff at Clear Medical Imaging! Nice to see people that genuinely care about others.

Terrible service, unfriendly front desk staff. Cannot access records after 10 tries, emails and phone calls to The US provider. Go to the xray office on Grand Ave. Ontario Imaging. I get my results easily and the staff are great

Very friendly and courteous staff at this location. I forgot my forms at home and the receptionist was very patient and understanding as I asked a family member to send me a photo copy. The ultrasound technician Allison was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated how she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I will only be going to this location in the future! You don't get service this great just anywhere!

I like this location, have gone several times. For a bone xray and for an ultrasound with my wife. They have a calm soothing atmosphere and great staff. Of the places where I've had medical imaging done, this one has consistency in being the best experience possible.

Wow did the reception have an attitude when I came in for my appointment.No comprehension at all either. I've been to WRA probably 15 times now, and never has it been so unreasonable lol.

Cancelled my appointment I had booked for this morning, and made me wait two weeks to even book again. Not to mention it took TWO a weeks to get a call for an initial booking. They used to be so much better. Chatham needs a new place. These guys are terrible.

So unprofessional and immature. Sat in the change room waiting for an x ray for over half an hour while the room was empty, ready for a patient and they just sat around talking about how much money they make, how bad teachers are for their children, swearing etc. Waste of time. I’d rather deal with my issues then ever go back there and “treat” them. Unbelievable.
