I asked for help from 2 different employees to allow me to use the customer washroom. They both acknowledged, but that was all. Neither of them provided any assistance despite me waiting right there for 10 minutes in front of them.Keep in mind, we bus drivers are essential workers. If you didn't want me to use your washroom, you should have just said so, and I would have gone somewhere else; instead of blatantly ignoring my request. Besides, I shop for all my winter clothing at your store, guess I wouldn't shopping here anymore.

Went to check out an advertised sale on jeans. To my dismay a normal pair of jeans was just under 80 dollars. If I got two pair the second pair was 50 percent off. Therefore 120 dollars plus tax for a normal pair of jeans is not a sale it's a rip off. I can get dress pants cheaper.

I hardly shop at Mark's but I went recently to purchase a Christmas gift. I found the employees pleasant and helpful when I asked for details regarding their return policy.

Great store to purchase safety equipments. Wide variety of safety boots available and there are great deals happening on the casual side as well. The customer service is top notch I was helped by this staff named Anzil and he was very helpful. Will come back again for more shopping.

Very professional workers and were patient with me when I was getting a shirt for my husband. Excellent service and top notch clothes. Recommend if you want some nice casual-classy clothes. Clean and neat store as well

I know majority of stores are not handing out plastic bag, at least offer something else with a small fee to a customer who just spent $400 in your store expecting them to walk out holding all these clothes in their hand. Come on upper management be thoughtful. That may be last time I'll shop in your stores.

Bought a pair of work boots today and I was curious about other pairs that I typically do not wear. The store manager was very helpful and had a very broad spectrum of knowledge of a good percentage of the boots that he is selling. Hats off to him hard to find people that don't just read the label.
