Refuse to refund or give a discount for a soap bottle with a faulty cap. Insist the customer to return the entire bottle, despite understand customer's difficulty to return a bottle full of sticky soap inside. Failure to provide convenience to customer when it is the only value of a brick and mortar shop can offer. Their faith will be the same as Bed Bath & Beyond.

I can always find what I need . Employees are great .

The store is always so clean and the displays are so attractive that I can't help but look at everything! It's very rare that I come out of the store without at least a little something. They always seem to have just what I need too, and sometimes what I don't need but get anyways.

Super great store, with friendly, helpful staff. Keeping going back for needed home items, furniture and decoration.

Beware when you buy products here. We purchased a bed cover and it was covered in ink stains. Instead of replacing the item with a unblemished cover the manager just offered to cover our mileage. This is not what I consider good business, she obviously does not want us as future customers.

I love this store. I just wish they'd wouldn't put out Christmas decorations on October 7th...

Great store! I spend so much time in here because there is always so much to look at. I also really like that members get 30 days to return products.

Had the most horribe customer service since I came to PEI. When I finished purchasing all the stuffs I bought at Home Sense and was ready to go, there was a senior cashier coming and asked me three time if I hidden anything in my shopping bag. Until I opened my bag and showed her my CDs(which none of the stuffs in my bag sold in HomeSense), she just let me go without any apologies. As the only Asian lady in the store at that moment, I was the only one who was asked to open my shopping bag and treated as a theft instead of a customer. There could be racist tendencies because of totally different customer service. (PS. I wasn't asked to open my shopping bag when I brought the whole bag of stuffs shopping at any other store the same day).

Store has lots of options, but I found it was crowded and hard to locate certain items. Thankfully a staff member,Dean?, was super helpful and led the way to the items I was looking for. Great service from him.

Amazingly beautiful and unique items and products! Some prices are reasonable and affordable, wonderful, accommodating and very helpful staff! Highly recommended!
