Walmart Supercentre
A decent sized store for the population size, but they may need to expand soon. Their selections are lacking and the organizational layout doesn't feel intuitive given how they've tried to cluster things together. Many shelves needed to be restocked and were left empty. On the bright side, the staff were pleasant when you interacted with them and the store was clean. Plenty of parking is available.

The staff are very polite and willing to help you. The downsize to this store is the capacity of groceries it can contain. The population in Brooks and surrounding area are much larger in population. When they built this walmart, they should have built it for growth not what the population was at the time. This Walmart is just to small to keep up with the population demand. My other downfall is even though the cashiers are very busy, they overfill the bags making the bags to heavy to carry. I always have extra bags with me so i need to step aside after paying to repack some of my bags. Not all Cashiers do this but the majority do.

So; they have an app. The app says the item is available in the Brooks Alberta store. But after driving into town- the item is not available; and the staff apparently do not know how to check the computer to see if it is in a different place then you would think it should be. They also didn’t appear to know what binder dividers were. Staff need better training.

Walmart supercentre literary has everything I need, at an affordable price! What more can you ask for?! Clothes, shoes, food, electronics, pet supplies, camping supplies, fitness equipment, you name it, Walmart probably has it! And at an AFFORDABLE PRICE!

I do like going here, but they never have much. They don't have good selection for being a super store. They need to expand or just start bringing in more selection. Medicine Hat walmart is much better because they actually have stuff and is a better size . Most of the employees are just kids (late teens, early twenties) and they are always fooling around with eachother and giving off a bad reputation of the store. And if they're not young kids they're old and cranky. So they need to start finding better employees, or tell the ones they already have to smarten up and do their job.Also, the clothing section is very small, and its not fair that the women's section is bigger than the men's.

Went for a total of 4 items. Bag of Dog food, box of tea bags, the Walmart brand sausages (usually 3 for $5), and some Chapman's ice cream. Dog food was $9 MORE than other places, they had NO tea bags, only single serving pods, the ice cream was on sale but all sold out to the point the freezer was decimated and the only remaining products left were the over priced brands, and they don't carry" the sausages as they're a "smaller store". Waste of my time

Neat and tidy store. A wider entrance would be helpful. When I left the store the exit was blocked by a worker bringing in a large row of carts and it was quite congested.

The management at walmart brooks is completely and utterly useless. They also obviously teach it to there employees because there no better. I came for a interview and not the first time I had to reschedule because they have no idea what there doing and it says on the site when setting one up and it says from 1 to 2 pm and I got there 5 to 1 amd was told I had to reschedule there not good to work for by any means.Uesless

It's not much of a store and to call it a Supercenter is ridiculous. They've got hardly anything for clothing. But I have had good experience with the staff as far as being helpful is concerned. But the store itself is pathetic for what they sell.

Gave 5 stars as this walmart isn't enforcing the mask mandate. Yes I wore my mask but if you don't want to wear yours you can walk around without one and the staff don't care they don't say anything to you.
