I tried the ice cream here. It was so delicious and I liked it. The staff seemed tired, but it makes sense since it was the end of the day.

Lots of staff. Very attentive. I think they are being trained or something so were on best behavior. Anyway, I came early for my cake and they didn't have it but they said wait fifteen minutes and I did and they made it for me right then and there!

Olivia, Leah, Ethan and Zen gave us great service - above and beyond! We ordered a small blizzard which unfortunately fell by the front door. Despite closing up for the night, the staff was very sweet and helped us clean the mess, as well as making us a new blizzard. Thanks for being so kind!

Love this location! We get all of our birthday cakes there and order online. They are always ready when we go to pick up and are exactly as requested! My 4 year old requested this cake and it was exactly what he wanted!

I will never be returning to this location. I visited late at night on Aug. 6 and when I got home I noticed there was mould on my burger. I called them and they told me I could come back for a refund but they couldn’t make me another one because the grill was closed. I didn’t want to drive back for such a small refund and I was told the manager would call me the next day, but I never heard back from anyone.

Extremely disappointed about set up. Although I would be able to enter with wheelchair there is no push button to open door. In other words let's hope someone is kind enough to open the door for you. Moving around is difficult if busy. I am not sure if I read the sign correctly for washroom but my understanding of the sign was that nobody can use it. Kinda thought washroom is mandatory for a restaurant as well as entry/exit button for wheelchair accessibility. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I made an unscheduled stop here before going to the park because my daughter wanted french fries and I was just hungry. The $8 meal deal was perfect for us to share. The staff were very hospitable and were so sweet to my little one. The food was ready so quick I was amazed. Of all the locations, I like this one the best.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location for a bachelorette party. I came in with low expectations, especially because I gave a vague description - tropical themed bachelorette party. Bright colours, tropical flowers/leaves, maybe an engagement ring. I selected a white cake with yellow and orange borders.Let me tell you, I was THRILLED with the result. My expectations were massively exceeded. The detail and creativity was so unexpected, and nothing I ever would have envisioned. It was such a pleasant surprise, and the entire party was blown away by it!Thank you so much to whoever decorated our cake. You do amazing work! I will absolutely come back to this location the next time I amin the market for an ice cream cake. WELL DONE!
