The owners care so much and genuinely want to help. My laptop was broken and after helping me as much as they could, even sending it in for repairs for me, they didnt even charge me the service fee I had already agreed to pay for their time.

Wonderful family computer business that goes above and beyond. They have invested a lot of time and effort into research to build very specific need PCs for my work. Super honest to the point of saying when we should go to big box retailers for better pricing then they can get on some loss leader items.

Didn't have the processor I was looking for available, but spent 10 minutes on the phone with suppliers to see if they could get it in for me. Really appreciated that. The store is stocked well with some often hard to find adapters and cables, as well as discount mice and keyboards. A really great shop to have in town.
