These young men could not have been more helpful, to an older guy, getting the rear rack for my wife and I’s electric bikes. Nick took his time to explain things simply (sometimes twice! Patiently!). He was knowledgable and professional and walked us through all the steps involved. We are on a fixed income, so we have to be very careful, how we spend our money on large purchases. We felt confident, that we had made the right purchase and we hope that the Kitchener business does well. It is appreciated.

First of all, I was so happy that Rack Attack opened up a store in Kitchener, don’t have to drive to the GTA for racks! My experience at this store was excellent, bought a bike rack over the phone, paid for it, picked it up! Great job by Nick, he saved the last rack in stock that was on hold, I was very impressed!!

They have a great selection of products, extremely helpful staff that help put together a customized solution, and (my first time shopping in-store) an amazing selection of products on display that you can try out directly. Really happy with the experience and the outcome.

Kitchener Rack Attack has an awesome layout, knowledgeable staff and all that you will ever need to get out and stay out. Check them out. It’s well worth the drive. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it.

I just purchased a Kia Rio and am waiting for it to be delivered. I am looking for a trailer hitch for a bike rack and it was suggested I call Rack Attack, among other retailers. My experience with Zack was amazing. He is truly helpful and I feel like I am in the best hands with Rack Attack. Whether I find a trailer hitch or not, I will be purchasing my bike rack at Rack Attack. Thank you Zack! This place has an amazing culture and I highly recommend it!!!

I recently brought my Cherokee to Rack Attack to install crossbars and kayak mounts.They were very friendly and prompt and I felt confident that my equipment was installed properly.Not only that, but I returned to pick up straps for under the hood and the employee working was again very friendly and even came out to my vehicle in the parking lot to explain in detail how everything works, etc.I was very pleased with my decision to have Rack Attack do the installation. The piece of mind of having it done properly and professionally was well worth any installation cost.I would not hesitate to do repeat business with Rack Attack in the future.
