I live in Edmonton and tried coming here because the service we got in the Edmonton was awful, and I work at the airport which also worked out. Best decision ever! The people here provide that most incredible and genuine customer service. They give you different options when advising for what’s best for your vehicle and doesn’t try to gouge you for more money. They also treat you like you’ve known each other for a while even when you’ve only been there a couple times. The owner sets a good example for the employees. My new go to oil change place!

Absolutely exceptional service from Guri, Rod and Ramir at the north Leduc location! For what I paid at the competition for just an oil change, nothing else, I received an oil change, air filter, cabin filter, free tire pressure check and washer fluid. I'm so impressed! I will definitely become a repeat customer and would highly recommend these friendly guys, and their shop, to everyone :)

Had a wonderful experience today, thanks to Austin. He was so professional, nice, and most of all, very quick without skimping on quality of service.I had a terrible experience the last time I was here but decided to give Lube City another shot, and I am so glad I did. Asi a busy mom on the go, I appreciate the no-nonsense, professional, straight to business service and attitude but he took it a step further and pulled out all the stops with a smile. Thanks so much and I'll see you again soon.

Ramir is by far one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I have ever had at an oil change business!! The high quality of service I received was above and beyond all expectations and the attention to detail was remarkable. A fast, efficient and high quality job all the way around, i highly recommend Leduc Lube city for your next oil change an absolutely great experience!!!
