If you are reading this and have also had issues with the manager, please post so the owner is aware! I have been going to this dispensary for over a year now. Genuinely, the staff are great, I mean amazing! But the manager is consistently short and rude and appears to always be in a bad mood; often the first line I hear when he is working is don't expect much we don't have a lot of product" (just after I say hello) he has been that way since the beginning. On two occasions I had called regarding a product to give feedback as the kind staff had encouraged me to do and the manager answered with the reply "ok". No accountability or customer care. He is always and I mean always in a noticeable bad mood. Why out of all the great staff

This 5 star review goes to the young man who's working all by himself today; serving all the customers while he unloads a shipment of new products in the back. I believe his name was Zack! He deserves massive props for doing all that alone- in Vanier to boot!

I wanted to write in support of the other complaint as I have also consistently had the same interaction with the manager. If you look back to a past review regarding him complaining about his job(I aswell have heard his complaints). Don't take my word for it, If you are the owner, go ahead, try it out. Call your store pretending to be a customer and see how he manages the complaint. There are so many great staff there that would excel at this position

I would rather spend the extra money with a local dispensary that cares about their customers. Awful customer service. There is no level of management. Customer service is more then just that initial interaction when you sell a product. The manager should be prioritizing building a consistent customer base and ensuring that they keep coming back. Stand by your products and do right by your customers. The way the manager handles complaints or even feedback genuinely feels like as a company they make enough money that they don't need to have good customer service because there's nothing holding them accountable.

Chill staff, decent selection. The only downside is the broken front door that has a sheet of plywood over the glass, it makes it awkward to grab the handle. And sometimes as you go in, some other customers exit in a rush and you can't see them swinging the door open towards you.

This store gets major points for merely being so close to me, but it's their customer service that gets the stars.I've used the in-store service, as well as their delivery service, and I've been happy every time. The staff are knowledgeable when I have questions, and have a recommendation already in mind. My recent order was on Christmas Eve, and we're suffering from COVID. We were able to work out an arrangement so that we got our product, while the delivery woman stayed safe.
