Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up aduring and after the install.

A friend recommended that I use them to hook up my gas range (and that maybe I’d get some discount as a friend). It cost me $305 for just a gas range hook up. Had I known that I would’ve been charged for two truck charges ($85 - Kemptville) I would have went with another company. The guy doing it also seemed like I was an inconvenience. Took them a whole 15-20 mins to hook it up.Not the best service I’ve gotten.

I was looking to add a dual-zone ductless system, I met several companies, they gave me the run around. Stephane Came to the house, suggested where to put the heads which is great, he was straight forward from the get go, the job looks very professional and saved me at least 1/3 of the quotes I got from other companies.

Stephane did great work installing a new furnace, humidifier and tankless hot water system. He was very quick to respond to phone calls and getting quote together for various options. Once we selected the desired products he was very organized and did great work installing the new systems and integrating with existing equipment. We first contacted Stephane in the summer. After testing our AC, we realized it wasn’t powering on at all. Stephane arrived on time and took no time to diagnose and repair the issue (he had the part already in his truck). Price for repair was very reasonable and Stephane gave us tips to clean and maintain the AC going forward, much appreciated as new homeowners.We decided to contact Stephane again this winter as our furnace was getting quite old and we had some issues last winter. Stephane came over and provided us with a detailed quote. He made recommendations based on our needs and some of the heating issues we were having in the house. The quote was again, very reasonable. We decided to proceed with the furnace replacement. Again, the day of the install, Stephane arrived on time and got to work right away. He took great care in his work. The install was clean and he even fixed some wiring issues from the individual who had installed the last furnace.The furnace runs great, and his suggestion on the size of the furnace has resulted in a much more even heating of our entire house (a problem we had with our old furnace). We were very happy to have chosen HVAC Titan, and will be contacting Stéphane should we need any other HVAC work in the future. Thanks Stéphane!

Service was top-notch, diagnostic was extremely thorough, the cleanliness of the work area was like they were never there and they were very accommodating to my schedule of availability.I would highly recommend HVAC Titan for all heating & cooling needs.
