The pharmacist, Sam is very nice there. Very dependable and always caring about their patients. I appreciate the effort and the help! There are many pharmacies in Waterloo area but I will always go with this one. Even when I don’t visit the doctor in clinic, I never miss out on the pharmacist.I recommend everyone to try this pharmacy! Especially my fellow University students that are worried about “judgement”. Also very quick is a bonus here.All I can say is thank you to Sam for his great work.

Sam is a fantastic pharmacist. He’s fast, efficient, and reliable. He knows the system inside and out and he goes out of his way to make sure his clients get the best service. We’ve been loyal customers for years! I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you're looking for one in the KW area.

Sam is very kind yet professional and was able to transfer my medication without needing anything from my end. I recieved a phone call when my medication was ready and he was very accommodating to my busy schedule for pickup.

This has been by go to pharmacy and they are the best. From day one they have always offered the best customer service I’ve seen yet. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a check up. On top of that all of the staff that work their are all nice and caring. During this pandemic, they always deliver my prescriptions on time right to my house which is a great help.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years. Sam is incredibly helpful and always has my medication ready when I am able to pickup whether it's the same day or two weeks later. He's very caring and makes sure that I'm keeping on top of my medications. There's also never any judgement from him no matter what which is amazing and very rare based on my experiences with pharmacists. I highly recommend for university students!
